The week ago. I'm looking for information on the Body Back Buddy Jr. : The Best Self Massage Tool, so i have to tell.
I am new to this stuff of trigger point therapy and was trying to decide between this, the regular body back Buddy, or Cane. the original body back Buddy looked huge to me in the photos, and I wasn't sure if I was going to use it, so I decided to try this "junior". and it would also be what I could take with me when I travel. so I am very happy with my purchase. I think for basic use-especially for a woman--this junior size is totally sufficient
